Our home from home boarding service is For our dog walking clients only

Although we would love to offer home from home boarding to all the dogs in the world, spaces are very limited, as it is our homes, and due to being a dog walking company, our council licence stipulates that we can only board dog walking clients.  To ensure all our boarders are happy and can be part of our families, we must do a minimum of 20 walks as dog walking clients before we can consider boarding them.  This gives us time to ensure they are going to be suitable house guests and get on with all our home residents.

Our homes

In one of the homes of our home boarders is where your dog will be staying.  No kennels or confinement.  They will be treated as part of the family, with home from home comforts.

Some of us have dogs, some of us have cats, some of us have birds, some of us have children and various other family members.  Please ensure your dog is fine with the members that are in the house.

All boarders over 30 weeks must be fully toilet trained.

We can not generally board entire dogs or bitches over 1 year old, breed dependant.

We can not board destructive or aggressive dogs.

As some of our home boarders live in terrace houses, we often can not board persistent barkers, as complaints from our neighbours could end up in our licence being revoked.

Unfortunately, not all dogs are suitable for home boarding.

Further information

Our Home From Home Boarding fills up fast.  For this reason we require a none refundable deposit to keep the place for you.  The deposit will be refunded if we can not fulfil our end of the agreement.  We will book you in with a home boarder, however, if they can no longer board your dog and we find a replacement home boarder, the booking fee is not refundable.  All our home boarders are carefully assessed, and if we feel they do not fit our exceptional standards, they may be let go.  If a home boarder stops doing home boarding, we may need to reallocate.  As we do take bookings a few years in advance, unfortunately this can some times be the case.

We do require a £50 refundable deposit paid in cash on the first day of boarding for any damages that may occur.  As the dogs are living in our house, in the past we have had carpets ripped up, walls chewed etc and it is not fair for the boarder to have to pay for these repairs.  If you do feel your dog may do this, they may not be suitable for home boarding.  As long as no damage occurs, the deposit will be refunded in full when you collect your dog.
