WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Currently we only take PayPal, however, this will be changing very shortly.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Once an order has been placed and the payment received, please allow 3-5 working days for the order to be shipped.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders can be from 3 days upto 30 days for our internationally shipped merchandise. We use that time frame to cover any potential delays during the transportation or from customs, which are out of our control.
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO THAT?
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours, once your order is processed, we are unable to make any changes.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If an item is damaged or incorrect, it can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, photographs of the items upon receiving the package. We will do our best to resolve the case as fast as possible.
WILL SHIPPING BE COVERED ON MY RETURNS?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT HAPPENS IS A PARCEL IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Once the parcel leaves the supplier's warehouse, it is the property of the courier company that the supplier uses. We are not legally responsible for lost or damage goods. If the goods do not arrive within the stated time, we will do our best to track your parcel for you and potentially refund you.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. The general amount of tax is around 20% per £1 of merchandise. However, this is just a guideline and will vary depending on the country from which the merchandise was shipped.

TLC Shopping can not control and have no responsibility over these charges. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for the customs clearance. Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward. Please note, shipping charges are none refundable.
HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS, AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Processing returns may take upto 5 working days from the day we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email once the process has started.
